[meego-packaging] Build system update to OBS 2.1.1 and planned downtime

Hi,
We are planning to update the build system software to the latest release of OBS 2.1.1 which adds ACL support and fixes many bugs since the 2.0.6 release, which we are running right now. 
This update is also needed to enable LDAP support which we will migrate to directly after this update later this week.

The update will be done on Saturday, Nov. 6th 12:00 GMT - 14:00 GMT. 

A reminder will be sent sort time before the update actually starts.
