[meego-packaging] updating packages w/o corresponding bugs?

Hi all,

when updating the package in MeeGo Trunk(:Testing), the
Release_Engineering/Process wiki page specifies that the changelog
should reference bug or feature from MeeGo bz.

So, what should I do if I just need to update an old package? The new
upstream releases fix a lot of bugs and have a lot of enhancements, but
none of those were tracked through MeeGo bz (for exaple, most of these
are from fd.o in the specific example of telepathy-* packages).

It seems strange to me to have to shadow those bugs in MeeGo bz, or open
generic "this pkg should be updated" bugs just to be able to update it.

What's the best way to handle this?

Thanks & BR,
Senko
