Not sure if this package caused a rebuild. Did prjconf global_cflags
been updated to include -Wl,-z,relro,-z,now as well? If so, I'd like
to request a rebuild of entire ARMv7.

This should fix a large number of packages with shlib-with-pic-code
problems (qt, contentaction, libusb, and so on).
