[meego-packaging] How to package apps using PyQt

Thanks Fathi, I went through the thread (http://lists.meego.com/pipermail/meego-dev/2010-September/005992.html), hope we can have PySide into MeeGo repo soon, and I will rebuild the app against PySide, instead of PyQt.
