[meego-packaging] Tight-control of MeeGo Trunk 4/21 - 4/29

Hello all,

Just a reminder:

We will be under tight-control of MeeGo Trunk (and Trunk:Testing) leading
up to the 4/29 Meego 1.2 branch date.

On 4/29, we will branch MeeGo 1.2, and both the 1.2 and Meego Trunk will
re-open for development.

Then, Meego 1.2 Branch will only accept changes that are deemed as
Blockers for MeeGo 1.2.  MeeGo Trunk will be open for development as usual.

If you have a bug that you would like to propose as a blocker for 1.2,
please go to bugs.meego.com, and set the Meego_Release_Blocker flag to
'Proposed'.
