Hi Amit

I can see below version of MLO and u-boot.bin being downloaded while running the script to write to SD card.
Please check if you faced the same issue of version mismatch.

I got a sort of similar issue when I followed the page
http://wiki.meego.com/ARM/Meego_on_Beagleboard_from_scratch recently and my
u-boot hang forever on a Beagle Rev C3 board.

I don't have the exact logs and the error was something like the following
where u-boot hangs for eternity:

OMAP3 Beagle board + LPDDR/NAND
I2C:   ready

I looked up google for known issues and found this

So I'm suspecting this MLO(x-loader)/u-boot version conflict issue,
atleast in my case.
