Hi,
I am trying to set-up local OBS on Ubuntu 10.04 Host using step
mentioned
@http://wiki.meego.com/User:Stskeeps/10_easy_steps_to_a_local_OBS
- First i tried on VM player. After boot up i found below error message.
NETWORK SETUP FAILED.
OBS is not usable.
I couldn't able to find any info about network setting under VMplayer
connection setup.
Please let me know if any one tested steps on Vm player or any solution
for above problem.
- Second i tried on Oracle VM Virtual Box.I used VMDK image.
During Boot-Up i found below error.
Could not
find /dev/disk/by-id/ata-VMware_Virtual_IDE_Hard_Drive_0000000000000000001-part1.
I am only able to create Primary master slave or secondary master slave
using virtual box for below step.
"At least 90 gb virtual harddisk, mounted as IDE secondary master
(appearing as 'sdb' in machine')".
Please let me know how to solve the problem.
Cheers--
Vijay
