[Meego-porting] new chipset support for meego

Not sure if this belongs to meego-packaging or meego-kernel list ;)

I have put some tricks I learnt from Cartsen in [1] under the MeeGo 
kernel package spec file trick(I used this for the u-boot package). Not 
too sure if the tricks are still the same, but overall, kernel.spec.in 
makespec.pl are things that probably need to change. 
config-chipset-board looks more or less the defconfig i guess..


kernel-dev-n900.spec at least does'nt seem to allow me to provide a 
CROSS_COMPILE option - but that is trivial to patch up for offline 
verification with rpmbuild.
