[Meego-qa] MeeGo Bugzilla Customization patches?

Hi Andre,

We do have plan to open source Bugzilla customization source code. But we are more focusing on several other tasks recently like feature verification on multiple HW platforms, Bugzilla product & component restructure to align with latest MeeGo architecture diagram etc. Probably we could work on this from beginning of 2011.
For open source itself, we tend to setup an open repository. Any one interested our customization, they can get it themselves. For submitting to upstream, indeed it will be helpful on instance upgrading if some patches could be accepted by upstream and benefit more border Bugzilla users. But upstream Bugzilla is more focus on generic functionality and have their patch acceptance criteria. So our first target is to open it in a public accessible repository and then consider later one.

Regards
Shuang
