In their website http://libssh2.org/ libssh2 doesn't seem to promise
support for specific platforms, but the example applications seem to
have ifdefs for WIN32. So it most likely works at least on some Windows
versions, but needs to be tested before promising anything. 

By the way, testrunner-lite doesn't currently use libssh2 yet. It execs
plain 'ssh' client binary with remote commands as parameters. The remote
execution implementation with libssh2 needs more work and testing before
we can happily switch to using it. So you won't find that implementation
from gitorious yet.
