[Meego-qa] MCTS release 1.3.6(master) and 1.2.22(mcts-1.2) date proposal

Hi all,

I propose the next MCTS release candidate for mcts 1.3.6(master) and
1.2.22(mcts-1.2) to be build on Thursday, August 4th (at 6:00 UTC).

Please let me know if you have another proposal.

Maintainers, please remember to issue merge request to MCTS master/meego-1.2 branch separately and add your planned content to the MCTS Release Page.

Notes, maintainers from EU and US actually need to finish it at Wednesday.
