Hi all,
It's discussed in today's QA meeting about the proposal to make QA meeting on demand instead of on weekly basis, and basically all attendees of today's meeting second the proposal, so I'd like to look for broader feedbacks here.
The motivation to make the proposal is that sometimes for several reasons we actually don't have specific topics to talk about in the meeting other than QA leads status update (for example, recently we don't have particular topics for the meeting for weeks), and most topics could be discussed in mailing list, including QA status updates. Therefore, we feel a more efficient way is to make the meeting on demand. When things need to be clarified, or something needs more interactive discussion, or people feel we need a meeting to discuss some topics, we can have a meeting.
Pls. let us know your thoughts on this. If you agree with the proposal, I can work out an easy process for you to request a meeting.
Thanks,
Fan
