I see "Risk level" is set to Red for that ticket.

As asked already by Shane Bryan in

does that field mean (criteria, who can set it, etc etc?), plus why and
how was it discussed and introduced?

Shane's posting went unanswered with regard to his questions, and I
cannot find anything explaining it on wiki.meego.com either.
Same applies for "UX Status" field.

Can his questions please be answered by responding to that thread?
