[Meego-qa] Default assignee "need-triage at meego.com"

Hi Andre and all,

I just faced bug assigned to "nobody" = need-triage at meego.com. 

Bug 12945 - Infinite loop in installer partitioning tool, link: https://bugs.meego.com/show_bug.cgi?id=12945#c2 

What is this? Is this the proposed to be keyword "need_triaging"? Using blank email address is not same than using accepted keyword, and "need_triaging" is still missing from the accepted keywords list. Is there any documentation about this assigning bug to nobody? I'm not very comfortable with this kind of surprises.
