[Meego-qa] MeeGo QA tools discussion - we have moved to #meego-qa

Hi,

We just agreed to move our QA tools related IRC discussion from 
#meego-qa-tools to #meego-qa.

Even when #meego-qa-tools was active with ~ 60 people on the channel 
regularly, many people had challenges to follow several IRC channels.

Channel topic was set to guide people to #meego-qa. I also added this 
info to our team wiki page
