[Meego-qa] mcts 1.2 branch and new mcts versioning

Hi,

I setup a mcts branch for meego 1.2. This branch will only accept bug
fix.

You can get mcts package for meego 1.2 from
http://download.meego.com/live/devel:/quality:/mcts1.2/Meego_1.2.0/
Thanks Joonas for making it happen.

mcts 0.1.8 also change to 1.2 to be compliant with meego version. I propose
mcts versioning is like
+ For master branch, the version will be 1.2.x
+ For meego 1.2 branch, the version will be 1.2-x
