* hfdialer is not integrated (again) due to a dep slipping in- it's available via dailies w/ the dep fixed (missing sound pkg specifically).  Mea Culpa on that one.
* hfdialer fixes courtesy of Jimmy:
 - BMC 8229: contacts name displaying during conversation setup
 - BMC 8230: contacts name for outgoing calls during conversation setup
 - BMC 6433: disable dialer page if connection isn't available
 - ofono 33 compatibility.
