[meego-releases] Bug 6967 and projconfs.

Hi,
Nice forensics on the email trail :)
This confusion about the project config needs to be eliminated and we need to move this type of changes to a package which we have already, so I suggest to remove the flags completely from the project config and use the rpm macros for this, my latest changes to meego-rpm-config should have the latest state and we should be able to remove the flag settings from the project configs now.
