[meego-releases] Response times and ratios to blocker bug requests

I queried for bug reports with specific request flags.

Currently there are
* 16 open MeeGo_Release_Blocker?        requests [1a]
* 67 open MeeGo_Update_Release_Blocker? requests [2a]
* 00 open MeeGo_N900DE_Release_Blocker? requests [3a]

The same query in combination with "changed before -4w" (means: Flag
status has not been changed for the last four weeks):
* 10 open MeeGo_Release_Blocker?        requests [1b]
* 48 open MeeGo_Update_Release_Blocker? requests [2b]
* 00 MeeGo_N900DE_Release_Blocker?      requests [3b]

That means:
* 10 "MeeGo_Release_Blocker" requests have not seen handling in the last
four weeks (the remaining 6 tickets have been filed in the last four
weeks).
* 48 "MeeGo_Update_Release_Blocker" requests have not seen handling in
the last four weeks (13 tickets have been filed in the last four weeks,
and for the remaining 6 tickets the request has been set in the last
four weeks).

For the records, in the last four weeks decisions have been made on 
* 11 MeeGo_Release_Blocker? requests [1c]
* 74 MeeGo_Update_Release_Blocker? requests [2c]
* 04 MeeGo_N900DE_Release_Blocker? requests [3c]

Ratios:
* 10/11 MeeGo_Release_Blocker?         => 48% unanswered in last 4 weeks
* 48/74 MeeGo_Update_Release_Blocker?  => 39% unanswered in last 4 weeks
* 00/04 MeeGo_N900DE_Release_Blocker?  => 00% unanswered in last 4 weeks
