[MeeGo-SDK] Why the MeeGo SDK does not deploy the libs and development files of QMF and libaccounts?

I did not find the QMF dev package in the planned change list, is there a
planned change for adding the QMF dev package?

If I create my own sysroot image, is the doc (
http://wiki.meego.com/Image_Creation) the right instructions to follow?
