SDK 1.1 is not released yet; the docs in progress for that release are
at:

If you are trying to develop for 1.1, these are the most accurate docs;
but there are still gaps as we finish it off. Also, SDK downloads aren't
completely stable yet, so building your own chroot and using Xephyr is
your best bet in the short term:

QEMU and Xephyr will both still be available in the SDK for MeeGo 1.1.
