Browser and WebRuntime are two separate things.

For one thing, the default browser on a MeeGo device is left to the device 
vendor to choose. For example, the netbook images come with Chrome or Chromium 
(depending on whether you want to accept Google's terms). The N900 came with 
MicroB, a mobile browser with the Gecko engine.

WebRuntime, however, is not tied to the browser choice and engine. It is built 
with QtWebKit only.
