You may have your own Qt installed which is not compatible with QtCreator. Please check if there is a Qt installed in your /usr/local/Trotech. If so, please rename it and try start QtCreator again.

Subject: [MeeGo-SDK] Qt Creator fails to start?

Hi,

I installed MeeGo SDK with QEMU by following the instructions in: http://wiki.meego.com/MeeGo_SDK_with_QEMU.

When I start Qt Creator from ${MEEGO_SDK}/tools/qt-creator/bin/qtcreator I get this:

./tools/qt-creator/bin/qtcreator.bin: symbol lookup error: ~/meego-sdk/0.7.25/tools/qt-creator/lib/qtcreator/plugins/Nokia/libQmlProjectManager.so: undefined symbol: _ZN19QDeclarativePrivate11qmlregisterENS_16RegistrationTypeEPv

Has anyone else had the same problem? Looks like it has some old version of the plugin.
