[MeeGo-touch-dev] using meegotouch-qt-style

Hi,

as most of you already know meegotouch-qt-style is a Qt style plugin, caring 
for plainQt applications on meegotouch platform, to look and feel like 
meegotouch apps.

Because of performance and memory consumption issues, we implemented a hack 
that the plugin is not used at all, if the application links against 
libmeegotouch itself. This hack was introduced with meegotouch-qt-style 
0.20.51.

With the current solution a plain Qt GUI of your application can not be styled 
by the plugin if you link against LMT for any other reason.
