Actually, there's ongoing work to explore possibilities to introduce similar kind of concepts to Qt/QtQuick, partly via e.g. QtComponents project in the future. But, as for today these enablers don't exists there. Which parts will remain as platform extension remains to be seen.

These don't fit into Qt that well, as they are somewhat operating
system specific.
It's safest to assume that the enablers needed for fast application
startup will be available outside Qt, as independent components.
