Blu-Ray license are fully incompatible with a pure open source model.
You might find some illegal implementation here or there but as MeGo
project is very proud to be "legal", we will not release a Blu-Ray.

On the other hand, I am working on concept which will allow to run
multiple video pipe line transparently to the application, providing a
commercial pipe line for Blu-rayin parallel to Gstreamer for other
application would then be possible.
I plan to push the specification on this mailing list during the week.
