[Meego-tv] Candidate Specification for a TV Browser

Hi,

using a browser on a TV will quickly make you realize how much a
standard Browser is poorly adapted to the TV use mode where you
typically drive your screen from 3 Meters with an Infra Red remote
control which has a latency of 100ms and cannot transfer two action
simultaneously.

I have posted on the Meego web site a candidate of specification of a
modification of a stéandard browser to make it more usable on TV screen.

In reality while this spec has been defined for TV it could be usable
for any use case which requires a limited access to a pointing device.
